To install in Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Open the raw HTML file in a browser, select the rendered signature, copy, paste into the signature box. Save.
Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures. Create a placeholder, then drag the rendered signature from the browser into the signature box.
Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Paste rendered HTML. Image will load from R2 CDN automatically.
